A team of expert cleaners will come to the property, bringing all necessary equipment and detergents to complete the service. This is not an hourly-based service, meaning that the team will work until the checklist of tasks is completed and the property is brought to the required standard of cleanliness. All reachable surfaces will be dusted and polished. For easy reference, here are some of the main tasks that the cleaners will carry out:

•  All floors will be cleaned adequately based on the type of flooring. Any carpets and rugs will be vacuum-cleaned. If your tenancy agreement requires deep machine-cleaning of the carpeting, then you can book our Professional carpet cleaning service.

• All the kitchen appliances will be cleaned inside and out, including the fridge, freezer, cooker, and dishwasher.

• The professionals will remove any oven rack and trays and soak them in a dip tank filled with a powerful cleaning solution. Meanwhile, they’ll treat the inside of your oven with a special oven cleaning chemical treatment to break down grease and food remnants. Finally, they’ll wipe everything clean and dry, then put your oven back together.
